Cancellation and Refund Policy
The following cancellation and refund policy applies to all service bookings made on our website, https://vedayatra.in/ . Please carefully review the terms and conditions before proceeding with anyregistrations. Cancellations made before 48 hours of the scheduled service date may be eligible for a refund of up to 50% of the booking amount, after deducting administrative costs determined by the Company for the specific service(s). Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Cancellations made within 48 hours from the service date will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

All cancellation requests must be made via email to Accounts@vedayatra.in

If the service(s) were provided as part of a promotional offer, loyalty scheme, or any type of benefits, the refund will only be given to the extent of the actual money paid by the registrant.

Refund requests must be submitted from the same email address used during the sign-up process, which is stored with the Company. Requests from a different email id will not be entertained.

Refund requests should include payment transaction details and other necessary information as specified from time to time, along with the reason for cancellation.

Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card, bank account, or other payment medium used within 15 days from the date the cancellation request was received.

In the event of a fraudulent transaction, the Company reserves the right to cancel any services and issue a refund to the source from which the payment was made.

For Puja bookings, if the assigned Pandit Ji reaches the venue on time but the customer decides not to proceed with the puja (due to any reasons), no refund will be provided.

A Puja booking can be rescheduled once at no extra cost. The rescheduling request should be sent at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date.
