Pratyangira Devi Homam

The Pratyangira Devi Homam is a ritual to venerate the goddess Pratyangira, who is noted for her fiery nature and has the form of half-human and half-lion. This homam is believed to remove all obstacles and is particularly powerful in protecting one from black magic and evil spells. The procedure involves invoking Devi Pratyangira, chanting her mantra, and performing the homam using dried red chillies as an offering to the Agni. To schedule the Pratyangira Devi Homam, it is advisable to choose a date based on the Janma Nakshatra of the person, along with considering the Yoga and Thithi of that particular date.
